Place side burner assembly over bolts and slide toward front of grill, then tighten securely. Fasten side burner front panel to grill body with one 1/4” X 1/2” bolts. Step 16 Attach the hose heat shield to the right side of the cart frame using two 9# X 1/2” self-tapping screws. Hose Heat Shield Side Burner Valve Burner Venturi Valve Nozzle Side Burner Control Knob Bezel Step 17 Remove two M4 bolts and spring washers from the side burner valve. Insert the side burner valve assembly through the hole in the side burner table base, then firmly seat the valve nozzle into the burner venturi. WARNING! Never use your grill without leak testing all gas connections and hoses. See the section on "Leak Testing" in this manual for proper procedures . Step 18 Place the bezel over the control knob mounting stem and position over holes in side burner base and side burner valve assembly. Attach with two M4 X 10mm bolts with spring washers which come with valve. Then install the side burner control knob onto valve stem. Step 25 Place warming rack in slots above cooking grills. Step 26 Remove igniter cap and insert battery with positive end of battery toward igniter cap. Ensure spring is in place inside igniter cap. Replace igniter cap and make sure the igniter is working properly.
