Consider the following tips to extend the appearance of your stainless steel grill: • Cooking smoke from normal use of the grill will eventually coat and discolor the stainless steel surface. • Periodic cleaning of the cooking grates also helps decrease the risk of a grease fire which can irreversibly darken the stainless steel surface.
