The unit does not start playback. yyInsert a playable disc. (Check the disc type, color system, and regional code.) yyPlace the disc with the playback side down. yyPlace the disc on the disc tray correctly inside the guide. yyClean the disc. yyCancel the Rating function or change the rating level. The connected USB storage device is not recognized. yyTry using a different USB cable, some USB cables may not support enough current for normal USB operation. yyIf you use a USB extension cable or USB HUB, the USB devices may not be recognized. yyA USB device which requires additional program installation when you have connected it to a computer is not supported. yyThis unit supports only USB Flash Drive and USB External HDD with FAT32 or NTFS format. The angle cannot be changed. yyMulti-angles are not recorded on the DVD Video being played. Cannot play video, photo or audio files. yyThe files are not recorded in a format that the unit can play. yyThe unit does not support the codec of the video file.
