If “L-SYNC” does not appear during recording, turn on the Level Synchro Recording as follows. Tip The Smart Space and Auto Cut functions are factory set to on. If you turn off the system or disconnect the power cord, the MD deck will retain the last setting (S.Space On or Off). The MD Deck — Recording Adjusting the recording level When recording on an MD, you can adjust the recording level to the desired volume.
