1b. If the modular phone jack is near the floor and you want to mount the phone on the wall, remove the telephone line cord from the pocket that is on the bottom of the phone. Unscrew the circular cord cover on the bottom of the phone with a Philips screwdriver. Wrap the phone cord around the circular guide and screw the circular cord cover in place. 2. Plug telephone line cord into the modular jack. 3. Slip mounting holes on the bottom of the telephone over the wall plate posts and slide the base down until the phone is firmly in place.
