What Is In this Version
The following information describes the updates to the HP-UX-based Gigabit Ethernet driver
called 'igelan'. The GigEther-01 software bundle, which is loaded into the operating
environment (OE), contains the igelan driver.
The September 2009 version of the HP-UX 11i v2 GigEther-01 software bundle contains the
following defect fixes:
QXCR1000890094
False hang messages are observed on the igelan interface when there is
heavy FTP traffic between the two nodes connected back-to-back.
QXCR1000901441
The igelan interface encountered a panic while running the PCI error
recovery testing.
QXCR1000800318
The igelan interface displays inconsistent and non-stable MIB statistics
when it is used as a Standby Port (it is part of APA Fail Over Group).
QXCR1000911767
The igelan interface encountered a panic in the transmit path of the HPVM
host when it is configured as APA, exposed to the HPVM guest, and the
following scripts were executed:

hplm stop

hpapa stop
•
hpapa start
•
hplm start
