U-PIN (29) to the BENCH FRAME (1) using one 1/2 X 1” SPRING (26), and one 1/2” E-RING (25) as shown in FIGURE 1. • Thread one THUMBSCREW (16) into the BENCH FRAME (1) as shown in FIGURE 1. The THUMBSCREW (16) will be used to tighten down attachments. 5 6 FIGURE 2 STEP 2: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 1/2 • SECURELY assemble the FRONT BASE (6) to the BENCH FRAME (1) using two 3/8 X 3” BOLTS (18), four 3/8” WASHERS (19), and two 3/8” LOCK NUTS (20). See FIGURE 2. • Slide four 2” SQ. COVER CAPS (15) over the ends of the FRONT & REAR BASE (6 & 7) as shown in FIGURE 2. 1 6 20 19 19 15 7 19 20 15 19 18 3/8 X 3” 18 3/8 X 3” • SECURELY assemble the REAR BASE (7) to the BENCH FRAME (1) using two 3/8 X 3” BOLTS (18), four 3/8” WASHERS (19), and two 3/8” LOCK NUTS (20). See FIGURE 2. 7 STEP 3: FIGURE 3 • Insert one 1-3/4” END CAP (12) into the end of the ADJUSTABLE SLIDE (2) as shown in FIGURE 3. • Attach eight 3/4 X 1-1/2” GLIDES (28) to the inside of the ADJUSTABLE SLEEVE (3) as shown in FIGURE 3 using the following steps: • Thoroughly clean all surfaces where the 3/4 X 1-1/2” GLIDES (28) are to be attached. • Remove the 3/4 X 1-1/2” GLIDES (28) from the paper backing and firmly apply them to all shown surfaces. • SECURELY assemble one SPRING PIN ASSEMBLY (11) to the spring pin barrel on the ADJUSTABLE SLEEVE (3). See FIGURE 3. • Pull back on the SPRING PIN (11) and CAREFULLY insert the ADJUSTABLE SLIDE (2) into the ADJUSTABLE SLEEVE (3) as shown in FIGURE 3. • Assemble the ADUSTABLE SLEEVE (3) to the BENCH FRAME (1) using one 1/2 X 3-3/4” BOLT (21), two 1/2” FLANGE SPACERS (27), and one 1/2” LOW HEIGHT LOCK NUT (24) as shown in FIGURE 3. 1/2 X 3-3/4” 21 24 1/2” LOW HEIGHT 27 27 11 2 28 12 1 3 8 STEP...
