Exhaust fans, fireplaces, clothes dryers, and fuel-burning appliances draw air from the house to operate. This heater is a fuel-burning appliance. It uses air from inside the house for combustion. It also uses this air as a draft for venting. This draft air helps move combustion gases through the vent pipe to the outdoors. If your house is too airtight, there is not enough fresh air for these items to use. Fresh air may draw back into the house through venting flues and chimneys. This will keep

These two holes are 14 inches apart from their centers. Attach mounting bracket to wall in one of two ways: 1. Attaching to wall stud 2. Attaching to wall anchor Attaching to Wall Stud: This method provides the strongest hold. Insert mounting screws through mounting bracket and into wall studs. Attaching to Wall Anchor: This method allows you to attach mounting bracket to hollow walls (wall areas between studs) or to solid walls (concrete or masonry). Decide which method better suits your needs.

If installing bottom mounting screw into wall stud, drill hole at marked location using 9/64" drill bit. 5. Replace heater on wall. 6. Insert bottom anchor screw through back panel into bottom anchor or drilled hole (see Figure 11). 7. Tighten screw until heater is firmly secured to wall. Do not over tighten.
