Convection Roasting: Frozen to Finish Meats (except poultry) may be roasted frozen to finish. Follow these guidelines for the most satisfactory results. • Use temperatures for roasting fresh meats as recommended by most cookbooks. Generally, most meats are roasted at 325°F.
