Press the TEMP button to turn the relays, display and heaters, OFF and ON. 6. Press the SET button, and “In-” shows in the display. PROBE CLIP (OPTIONAL) The probe clip is an accessory, that may be ordered as an option, to hold the food probe when not in use. Remove one of the module screws and mount the probe clip with that screw. See photo at left. The food probe is accessed easier if the clip is mounted on the side of the unit that the door opens.
