Begin by securing the end of the strap that has only one grommet to either the left or right side of the gogo Kidz plate. Insert a thumbscrew into the highest hole possible on the plate and thread the thumbscrew into the cleat. The strap should be in between the plate and the cleat. Leave the strap loose because you will tighten it later. Make sure the strap is not twisted. Once one side is attached, thread the strap through the seat belt opening of the car seat. NOTE: The cleat can be relocated
